Accord Euro-R tranny part II

Picked it up my Accord Euro-R tranny from the airport today.

Now I was hardly prepared for what I found when I opened the box....

That is a mint condition, never used, zero miles Accord Euro-R tranny!!!!!!

Wow I never knew a tranny could be so bling bling!!

edit: even bigger pics here http://www.imagestation.com/album/?id=4290485491

Wow, that is nice! The first thing I thought when I looked at the pics was, "The original owner mush have really taken good care of their car." Then when you showed the sticker, I knew that was a brand new piece. Good find!

What's the gear ratio on that transmission? Very nice looking .. hit it up with some high-temp "aluminum" paint and then some high temp clear coat and it'll stay looking as nice as that

I was wondering if you could confirm something for us. I have heard that the ATR trannies use straight cut gears. Can you take pics of them to verify?

nice, the bell housing area looks a little different then the h22's. Is it different or is it just the picture.

Likely not the case, I do know that the LSD differential in an M2B4 doesn't fit in an M2F4...

i don't know the tranny codes offhand, but quaife has the same part # for 92-96 and 97-01(non-sh) ludes as well as the 90-97 accord.

That doesn't mean anything because the quaife is made for UDSM non-LSD H and F series trannies.

As a result the Quaife doesn't fit in an M2B4 casing either.
