great pictures joon! hmm.. i was also wondering about the smaller openings on the DC header. interesting. i think i'll just stick with my stock header.

Oh yeah.....we measured the holes.....the DC is about 4cm across...the stock is about 4.4~4.5cm across. The stock one looks bigger in these pics because the camera is a bit closer.

yeah i was confused when i compared the stock to the dc as well. My shop teacher gave me a "you fool" look.

I didn't notice the stock "merges" were so rough though. Smoother flow....but it's smaller....

The stock header is HEAVY compared to the DC....just thought I'd throw that in there.
