i have taken apart about 3-4 headlamps and you dont need 400 degrees. I recommend 325. Also, make sure you get no fingerprints or anything on the inside of the glass or the metal reflector.
one suggestion....make sure that when you guys end up doing this that when you paint the peices that you use a well ventillated area and also make sure the weather is higher than 80 degrees. well thats for better results.
so i am finding this hard to picture does anybody have after shots so I know what it looks like, i can't even picture what it would really change.
