WILL A STOCK SH fit 225/40/18 +40 offset 18x8 rims?

Ive seen many threads on wheel and rim fitment but i cant seem to find any 225/40/18 topic if the offset is +40 on a 18x8 rim.

My SH is stock, and im not really sure if i understand how the offset will work on the fenders, should i try fitting this setup and drive around to test?

ANY HELP IS 1 STEP BETTER THAN IVE SEEN SO FAR!!!! Thnx alot guys.

8 is too wide. you'll rub inside and outside when your suspension compresses. are you sure you read the sticky? its all there..
Recommended Tire Sizes & Offsets
Wheel/Tire Fitment **EVERYONE**

no one really goes wider than 7.5

the reason why theres no threads on that is because they won't fit properly. I had 18x7.5, 225/40 and had some rubbing issues. i guarantee you will have problems.
