Ive been looking all over and all i could find was a site that just showed ebay links on it. So if anyone knows where i can get some 17" racing hart c2's or c4's let me know.
Most likely you're not going to be able to. Those rims have been discontinued for a while. Unless you can find a Racing Hart dealer that some how still has a set left in stock or you buy used your chances are slim.

craigslist is your best bet. i just recently sold some 19" C2's... pretty cheap too
