Toro Wheels - Any Good?

I found a deal on Craigslist for some Toro wheels... set of 4 wheels for $299.

I have never heard of this brand before. Anybody know anything about them? Whether the wheels are really cheezy or if they're any good?

Any chance they made a typo and meant Toyo wheels?

A friend has those Toyo Spectrum All-Season Radial. No complaints heard.
