Tire Fitament Question - Honda Prelude Forum

I am looking to get some Rota Battles and I have a question...here are the specs:

17" x 7.5"
5x114.3 +45mm offset

Question: Will 215-45-zr17 tires fit these rims and not rub?

Yea, crappy roads...but what size would you suggest and why?

where do you plan to get the battles? i couldn't find it anywhere, they all told me rota's factory is out of stock. so i got something else instead with the same tire size you suggested (hopefully i can get them in a day or two). and i don't think they'll rub. 225/40/17 is actually a better size for a more accurate speedometer reading, i only opt for 45 to give my new toy more cushion.

I am getting them through a shop that I have a hookup with...hopefully they can still get them!
