Strange sound from driver side

I just got some 18x7 enkei rims put on my 2000 prelude. As soon as I left the shop there has been a strange noise coming from the drivers side front, i can also feel a slight vibration. It happens during acceleration and seems to be a rubbing sound, At first I thought it was just rubbing but its happening when im driving down the road strait NO TURNING (what so ever). Please let me know if anybody has experienced this same problem and any solutions. 38 mm offset

Check your lugnuts, make sure they're tight.

I get a rubbing noise while de-accelerating, but I'm on SH stockies, so I 'm about to change out my brakes.

Think may be your breaks? Or maybe they didn't the align the wheels/tires?

Hey thanks for the advice everybody, but I just found out what the problem was. It was my new headers rubbing against the front of the frame. What a dummy I am HUH? I appreciate all the helpful advice anyway.
