Stock Height wat Rim and tire?

Hey guys i just got a 96 prelude and am wanting to upgrade the old beat up hubcaps. I am running stock height and am not looking to lower anytime soon. I need some help.

1. Is it ok to buy from online retailers such as wheelmax?

2. Would you go 16's or 17's on stock height. In addition what offset is best and wat will work.
( i like these but dono if they will fit) WheelMax

3. If any of you have any suggestions plz help a noob.
(Now a silver prelude but will soon be painted black)
THanks MIke

Hmmm i dont want my car looking like it is too far off the ground so i am thinking about going with 15's. but you see i like the small sidewall look. How will 15's look?

Any Pics?
