SSR Competitions vs. Volk LE37Ks?

I'm about over the whole 18" wheel thing so I'm considering getting some 17" SSR Competitions. What do you think?

My car currently with the Volks:

I'd keep the Volks just because they are different. The wheels look so nice on your car as it is.

SSRs suck. Check out the posts on here and epinions.com. They are nice to look at and light, but very weak. They dent like crazy according to owners. I wanted them too, but I wasn't going to pay $350 a wheel for something that dents over moderate potholes. Seriously, research it thoroughly before you buy them.

Those Volks are sweeet!!! Don't let em go - the touring style looks so clean on your lude. Those SSR's look really fat (as in too wide) compared to your volks. Plus with the big fat lip on the ssrs they look like they're an inch smaller than they really are.

If I did buy the SSRs I'd most likely still keep the Volks... they were my first set of rims ever. They're spayshul.

17" SSRs and good tires will be a whopping 2200+, so unless I find a used set somewhere (or another nice 16-17" set of wheels) I guess the Volks are staying.
