Small cracks on tires, still safe? Pics

Just bought the 5th gen prelude. I noticed the front two tires have small cracks on them along the edge grove. The rear tires are fine. I was wondering if it is worth it to buy two new tires for the front or if I should just rotate the tires instead.

This is where the cracks are on the tires.

Here are some close up pics of the cracks. The cracks does not look like it is a deep crack, just a bunch of small little one.

I would use those tires to do one big burnout.....until they blow, then put the video on youtube

My tires where actually like that when i purchased my prelude. It is not very safe to have. I just replaced them as soon as i could.

Actually only the outside look bald(especially the picture), everything else looks good. I guy before me had the tires with low air pressure.

No, even the inside is bald. The tread (where there is tread) is very weak. Take a penny out, and see if it goes above Lincolns head. Those look worse then the tires on my SH wheels (not using right now) and I consider those pretty bald.
