SE Wheels

I own a 1996 Prelude BB4 SI VTEC, I noticed at the time that it came with a different set of Honda wheels than I had seen before.
I have just done a bit of reading and it seems to me like these are the SE (Special Edition?) Wheels that are sought after. Could that mean my Prelude might also be some sort of SE Prelude? Or maybe the wheels just came from one?

I would search some more but the internet here atm is so crap I can't even use the search function.
I have recently put 16" TSW Volcanoes on my car which I am quite fond of.

You don't have a SE because you have a h22.

SE's only had the h23 as the engine option. Consider it lucky
