Currently I have the new 2003 Honda Accord Coupe EX-V6 with the stock Honda rims which are 16x6.5 (Made by Enkei of Japan) with a 55mm offset and 205/60R16 Bridgestone Turanza tires.
I would like to know if it is possible to put 18x7.5 rims (RH Evolution C3) with 235/40R18 series tires without having any rubbing issues onces lowered no more than 2inches all around. According to what I was told the highest offset available from the RH Evolution line is 48mm. I was also advise to keep the same diameter closest to stock which is going with 18x7.5 rims and 245/40series tires. IMO 245/40 series tires is okay if not lowered but I'm planning on lowering the car as soon as a lowered suspension setup is available.
I have a 2000 Honda Prelude with 18x7.5 Advan Kreuzer Series 5 rims with a 50mm offset and 215/40 series Yokohama Paradas. I know I can go with a 225/40 series tires on the Prelude and it's lowered 2inches all around without experiencing any problems but both cars are totally different.
My 03' Accord is graphite pearl so I'm thinking of getting the mesh part of the C3 rim powered coated in gun-metal with a polished lip. Any other suggestions? The C4 looks nice but would a Honda look good with a big lip? Suggestions and opinions are welcomed! Thanks in advance!
RH Evolution C3 (Diamond Cut)
