i orginally thought black but everyone is saying bronze. i think its the stock lips that are making the them look more black. I fi can ever find a mugen lipkit to paint red then the bronze will probably flow better

Either will look fine it's just a matter of your tastes. My car is red and I have black housing headlights and a black lip with bronze rims I think it flows fine. I was going to go gold as well but I'm done spending money on this car.

For comparison here's a red civic with a cf hood and gold advan rgs. I couldn't find a lude.

thanks alot, yea i think im gunna go with the gold boosts, still have to think it over. everyone i ask says the bronze will look nice, but i cant see it happening, i really like the gold boosts but then people say they are ugly. I know its my car but impressing someone with a honda every now and then feels pretty good.lol

You can't win them all but you sure can lose. Boosts are a copy of the Advan RGs. I've seen gold RGs on 5th gens and it looks great. You'd have to go with a 17 a minimum though boosts in 16 on a 5th gen look too small.

These are real Advans. Ugly? I don't think so.

i was trying to avoid 17s but there are tire sizes that balance out the overall diameter so the tach/speedo arent off right?

Yes. Stock is 205/50/16. The closest size for a 17 is 225/40/17 Only one company makes that size so forget that. The next closest is 215/40/17.

Go here.
Tire size calculator

Enter the tire sizes and it'll tell you the differences. The variance is so small you won't be able to tell the difference while driving.

Slipstreams FTW. Who cares if everyone has them, because they have them for a reason. They look good. The Grids are also nice. Either way, it would look nice, I just like the slipstreams a little more.
