Psi?

Does anyone know where to find a formula for calculating the proper psi for your front/rear tires? A while back I saw one, but can't remember where. I'm wondering because I always feel like my front tires need a bit more pressure.

i dunno what tires you run.

but the tire itself will say the max psi you can run. make sure you measure while its cold.

i run 38-39 psi, on stockies, i ran 33-34

I run 35 in mine, but it's really not that big of a deal as long as you keep in aroun 32-40 psi. Now if you auto-x or track, thats when you start messing with em to find a good performance set up.

I'm running 215/40/17 on 17x7s. The max psi is 40, that doesn't mean I should run close to that though right?

Right - for daily driving I wouldn't. I usually run around 32-35 psi on all 4 tires.
