Newb Question

Would 16X7 5X114.3 Offset 33 Rims bolt right on a 5th gen with stock size tires ?

BTW: What does wheel offset mean ?

It will bolt on fine but the wheels will be sticking out causing the tires to rub.

Offset is the measurement from the center of the wheel to the hub of the wheel.
