keep cracking front right rim

Once again I have cracked my front right rim. At first I thought it was just an odd coincidence, but now I think something is wrong with my car, Has anybody ever heard of anything like this?, I've cracked two rims both on the front right, none of the others have given me any problems, and when i went to look at my stock wheels there is a big dent that looks just like the cracking on my other rims, but i guess since the stock wheel is so much heavier it could handle it. Could this be my axle?, my shocks?, anybody?, oh btw i have rota slipstreams with kumho tires, and stock shocks and springs,

A wheel should not crack under any normal driving conditions. There is no reason any properly designed and constructed auto wheel should crack or fail other than due to a substantial impact.

You need to contact the vendor you bought them from and Rota immediately. It sounds like you have recieved two defective wheels in a row. Rota would be very interested to hear about this. If you contact them, they will likely offer to send you a new wheel and reimburse you for your tire mounting costs as well.

Rota has a somewhat spoty history for quality control:
FYI: Rota wheel failure story

It's possible you damaged something when you curbed or hit something when you had stock wheels on. Are you using hub-centric rings (if necessary)?

I haven't curbed them at all, they both have just cracked for no apparent reason, maybe something was damaged when the stock wheels were on by the previous owner, I can't figure out what it could be that would cause this though. They both developed vertical hairline cracks on the rear outer edge, and there is a similair dent in the stock wheel that was in that position. I emailed rota about it, and they told me to call them, which i plan on doing this evening

I doubt there's anything that's in the suspension that will cause this and still drive normally. The only thing that I can think of is during your normal commute you hit something to crack them both. Or Rota is really selling you junk rims.

If you have a cracked wheel from just normal street driving, your wheel is defective!

As in ibanezeros' case, wheel manufacturers will normally be very cooperative and go way out of their way to replace defective wheels. There are 3 main reasons:
1) It's a huge safety issue. If that wheel completely fails while you are driving on it, you have a nice civil case against them. And if it fails and you and/or someone else got injured as a result? Look out! The manufactuer will be paying out the nose!
2) It's a PR issue. You tell all your friends and post online about how your wheel made by Company XXX cracked in normal wear and tear, and the people will start to generate a negative opinion about the quality of Company XXX's products
3) It's a U.S. DOT issue. Wheels sold in the US are supposed to be certified by the U.S. DOT to comply with basic strength and structual integrity tests. If the DOT gets enough letters from people whose Rota wheels have cracked, they will investigate and probably force Rota to cease all US sales until Rota can prove that the manufacturing and design problems have been solved. They may even force Rota to recall thousands of sets of wheels. They could literally put Rota out of business...

So it's always in the manufactuer's best interest to go out of their way to resolve the issue with you when you have a defective wheel. But if your wheels are "grey market" imports, they may not be as willing to do anything for you...
