How big should I go? - Honda Prelude Forum

So I'm in the mid of a turbo build and I'm wanting to do it right, and run as much psi as possible, hopefully around 35, and I don't like the rims i have now and i was looking at these (redlines)

the engine will be putting out a lot of power but i want to make sure that its getting to the ground, I'm also planning on widening the stance and modifying the fenders to fit the wheels as needed. I was thinking of doing 17x8 would you guys advise me in doing that? also what type and size tires would you guys recommend.

Note: the car is going to be a drag/show car

i am not going to lie i thought about it, but i take it that you are being sarcastic? maybe...if not let me know because its kind hard to figure out if someone is being sarcastic or not over text

anyway so 1 vote for 15x8 and 1 for 10" wide

15X8 has been done a lot. Plus for a drag setup you don't want/need bling.

yeah maybe ill get some track slicks on 15x8 and then have a matching set for show
