I couldn't find SSR GT1s at wheelmax.com so is tirerack.com the only place online that sells them??

To my knowledge, YES

I'm looking to get these rims as well and tirerack was the only place I could find that carries them. (Bummer for me especially cause I live in BC )

your best bet is tirerack, not a lot of places carry SSR, even if you find other stores, they'd probably have to special order them for you. this is the number i found on a SSR ad: 18005411777, it must be for dealer inquiry or something, perhaps you can find some other dealers thru them.
