gettin rims, need good tires.. which are BEST??

ya i just ordered my rims from wheelmax with NO tires cause their selection sucked. so i gotta find some cheap decent tires, and i narrowed it down to these 4. these are all season, i dont drive in snow really so dont care if they are bad in it, want somethin that will last awhile, my current p7000s lasted about 38,000. what do u guys think?

Dunlop SP Sport FM901
Kumho Ecsta Supra 712
Yokohama Parada Spec 2s
Pirelli P7000 SuperSport

Goodyear GSD3 is around $500ish (17") and is in the same league with S-03s!

those tires aren't all season, they're "summer tires"

of the group, the pirelli's or the kumho's will prob have the longest treadlife, but as far as peformance goes, the parada's or dunlops might be better.

i'd personally take the kumho's just because they're the cheapest. otherwise i'd get azenis.

Wheel Max has the Yokohama AVS Sport and Yokohama Parada Spec-2 which are good cheap tires. I got the Toyo T1S from them, expensive but the best tires IMO. What wheel Max were you going to? They have 3 of the 4 tires in your poll.

Hey what kind of rims did you get? hehe.. I had P7000's and they gripped pretty well both summer and wintertime.

well i talked to wheelmax and the only 215/40/17 tires they had were the nankangs and some other cheap ass brand. im gettin the exel speed rims in gunmetal, should like phat. but ya, i would def get the wheel/tire combo if they had good tires, but they dont at the time. more opinions would be tight, thanks.

I had the Paradas on my 4th gen and now on my Fifth gen I have the new Nitto Neo Gen, best hadnling street tire I have ever owned. Better then the Parada IMO. Treadwear is 280 though. Traction AA

Nitto Neo Gen

yes. to me i consider great tires to be the single best thing you can do to a car. your car's handling and breaking is only as good as your tires.

what size tires?

I just got Kumho MXs from tirerack for 215/35/18 mounted yesterday, they perform very good, excellent traction, low road noise, good ride comfort
