Are Falken tires any good?

I don't know too much about the Falken brand but are they generally any good? I was thinking about getting the FALKEN ZE912 tires.

The last tires I had were the Yokohama S Drive and they only lasted me 18K miles...

yes, Falkens are very good. I actually had the 912s for a while and was pretty surprised by how good they were, as compared to how affordable they were too. I didn't have them on long enough to wear through them. in fact, they're still in my garage.

what size are you looking for?

Way too vague. Good for what? Grip? Durablility? Bad weather? Road noise?

When I was tire shopping, I looked into the 912's. They seem to be fairly popular with the auto-x crowd because they offer alot of grip, but they wear out extremely fast.

I was just referring to the brand in general. But I am also concerned with wear.

912 won second best all season tire from Consumer Reports this year and last year, after Michellin.... For the price difference between the two I ain't complaining.

i currently have a set of azenis rt 615k and they are great. Good traction, great response, and they wear fairly fast but for the type of high performance tyre they are that is to be expected. Aside form this set i dislike falken and would recomend toyo or yokohama, hell i have alsio had great experiense with hankook too.

I've got a set of 4 Falken rubbers for the winter... (I believe Q- speed rated) .. they're soft as butter, but loudest I ever experienced. Can't go too fast with 'em but they're half decent in the fresh snow. In the wet snow they're a bit skittish.
