Falken Azenis

These tires are directional right? I mean... they have a different set for left and right side correct? Cause my friend got these, but got the same tire on all four corners and it doesn't look right. It looks like he got all "left" tires.

Thanks,
Jeremy

They are directional... if he got all of the same side, he should get the replaced free of charge from whoever messed up.

OT: I love the way Azenis look, to bad they dont fit on my 17's.

That's not correct. The Falkens are directional - meaning that they are labeled with an Ouside and Inside marking. The Outside should always be mounted outside.

But there are no "left" and "right" Azenis. The tires are an asymetrical tread pattern. So what AsianPersuasion described is normal. One side should look like they are going backwards. There is no problem with the Azenis his freind got.

Wait... I don't get what aklucsarits said... if they ARE directional, how can there only be one tire for all corners? It just doesn't make sense to me that the tread pattern will move water to the outside of the car on the left side while moving it to the inside on the right.

if i understand this correctly, one side is mounted wrong, therefore they all look the same, you just mount them again, it's not the tire's problem.

They are directional, as far as the rim is concerned. In other words, the side that says "outside" should be facing outside, so that the huge rain groove is on the inside and the huge no-flex cornering blocks are on the outside. All four tires are exactly the same though.
