Chrome or Silver

My next big step is to get rims. I wanted to know peoples opinions on what to do. For rims it is between, Neeper Haaz, RH evolution C5, Maya DTS. Let me know aht you think. Also tell me if you think chrome or silver. My car is silver for now but will be blue and silver chameleon. I also have Octane front end and BW side and rear.

Are they Evo or the old model. I don't like the 3 piece aka the bolts that go around the rim. It makes it look ugly. Someone at my college has them and they look plastic. I am thinking about going with the C5 evo in chrome but silver is nice too. I don't know, I would want to see each set on my car first but I know that will be damn near impossible.

chrome = C5's are great, evo's....not as great, but they're better than the knockoffs (tho the katana's look the same as the original 3 piece....) I think that the original C5's look better....I like the little rivets along the sides....makes them look better. that an I don't like how the evo's have the logo imprinted, but no color....looks funny. I'd get the evo's tho over the others.....an get silver....stay away from the chrome

If I get C5 Evo's silver with Pirelli tires 215/35/19, will my car be slower or the same? Will it be slower if it was the same size but in chrome?
