bfgoodrich

I'm looking for some 215/40/18 or 225/40/18 tires. does anyone have any experiences with these tires:

BFGoodrich g-Force T/A KDW-2
GoodyearEagle F1 GS-D3
any other suggestions?

I would rate both the BFG and Goodyear well in front of that Toyo. I had some of those tires on my Prelude when I bought it, and was not impressed.

the GS-D3 is one of the best performing wet tires made. Also very good in try conditions. Ware isn't too bad. The BFG's from what i've heard are very noisy but have good grip and decent sidewalls. Plus they have a pretty cool tread design.

Just bought some BFG's after really wanting to buy the F1GSD3's...It was the $250 price difference. But when I get new rims, I'll give them a try. I also read online that while the GSD3's may perform slightly better, that the tread wears at about the same rate.

^ do you track race your car?

after a certain point - I don't see why people obsess about the performance of an already extreme performing tire..
