Anyone running 215/45/17

Hi there!

Just wondering if anyone of you guys is rolling on 215/45/17 tires?
Have quite a dilemma over here. I wanna have some extra rubber to protect my rim, but don't wanna look like I'm rolling on hot-dogs

So, some pics would also be very helpful

Thank You!

Doesn't look bad at all. I'm ordering a set of Potenzas 050 right now.

Crap, I'm rubbing in the rear on the 215/45/17 x 7" wide. I guess I'll have to trim off the rear bumper tab. But how much to cut off? Any pics?

I'm running them with Superstreets and I only have slight rub over big bumps with 4 in the car!Potenza 050s too, same offset wheel

Sounds like you may get the dremel out at the bumper tab!!

When you look it will be obvious how much to cut and where. As for the rubbing what offset rim because that's a large part of it as well. My 215/45/17's never rubbed after cutting the tab and that was with a 17*7 45mm offset whee.
