5th gen with Enkei RPF1

I having been searching around latley various honda/Prelude forums for a couple of days. What i am looking for specifically is a picture of a 5th with some Enkei RPF1 preferably 17inch. I am debating which rims i think would look the best on my Blk 5th gen and i cant decide between bronze te37's , gold Advan RG's , or some Enkei RPF1 . Anyone with any pictures would definitely be super helpful. Also opinions are very much appriciatice

You cannot lose with any of those. The Enkei's are a bit cooler because they're a littler more rare. Again, all three are a nice set of rims.

speaking of Enkei - I dropped my order for the G-Games 77W's and am looking at some nice Enkei mesh wheels right now.

I would say go with the Enkei's or the VOLKS, the advans just look way to plain to me.

The TE37 are and always will be a classic tuner rim. The Advan RG, if you can find a set, don't look that great IMO on a 5th gen Prelude - I think it has to do with the overall shape of the rim vs. the shape of the car. The Enkei's are hot on Civics and Integras, and I've yet to see them on a Prelude as well. I believe they come in gold too, and if so I'd definitely get them in that color.

They're Racing Harts, but the Rotas are knock offs of the RH.

RPF1s! Never seen one on a Lude. Make sure you get the centercaps to go with them. IIRC, Edgeracing.com has pretty good prices on RPF1s.

Only thing I don't like about them is that they look a little smaller than they really are b/c the spokes stop so far from the edge of the rim. Do a Google image search for RPF1 - you'll get a lot of Civic pics and you'll see what I mean.

I have 16" RPF1s on my 5th gen now and they do look a bit smaller, but it doesn't bother me. I have some pics on another computer, but I will have to look for them after work. Unfortunately, I have nowhere to host them.

Bringing it back from the dead, does anyone now have any pictures of the RPF1 on a 5gen? I'd like to see them on any color (I own a silver though).

I have a line on 17x7.5 silver RPF1s and Parada Spec 2 (215/40/17) for about a grand, new I'd like to see it before investing though.

Yeah I saw that site, but it just isn't a good example IMO.

^ i agree. imo the enkei rims look much smaller than the actual size. i would think the 17's would look like 16's.

The RFP1's are a twelve spoke design, where the subzeros are a 10 spoke. I tried to find the Subzero wheels on Rota's website, but they don't list them. Are these still made? I have my guy looking into whether or not his company has an account with Rota, as they would be much less expensive than the RFP1s.

They are still made, but you will probably have to special order them. I got mine through 71dsp (he has contact with rota). See my recent thread:

Look what arrived today
