16x8 w/ 45 mm offset. Will I Rub?

Hi, i was just wondering if any of you guys tried this set up. I did a search and found some information, but none that was exactly in my position. I'm lowered on H&R sport springs and KYBs. Also, what tire size would you recommend as well. I just wanted to be sure that i wouldn't run into problems. Any advice would be greatly appreciated. Thnks. Mike.

8" Wide Wheels w/ 4th & 5th Gen.
Not recommended without enlarging or rolling outside lip of wheel wells. Some people have had success with running offsets larger than +48mm, but you are taking a risk. The setup that is working for monk3y is 215/40/17 tires dropped about 1.5

^from the faq

thats a pretty wide tire, but it just depends, you will have to pm monk3y to see, might be a start

I'm running 16x7.5 +45 rotas and my front driver side tire rubs on large bumps (probably because of my fatazz). I'm dropped on Tein basics and i'm not even all that low (1 finger gap all around). I had H&R sports on stock shocks before and they sat lower than my teins.

So based on my experience, that extra .5 inch will cause rubbing.
