What ive been up to

Well a while ago the cars automatic gave out. So i decided to swap it to a five speed. So far i have all the parts necessary for the swap but will be doing more while its summer and can work alot. Here's a couple pics of what i have right now

a hytech replica. i put it on almost a month ago and the next day the automatic went out. it wont be on there much longer though. around dec/jan itll be gone and will be replaced

Started off the day with something easy to get my confidence up lol. Manual clusters look so much better


Worked on the engine more. About the only thing left is the axles and a couple more wires and shes ready to come out

nm of an update. but finally got an engine lift to pull the engine finally. hoping to do it this saturday

Yeah it comes in handy alot

And some work from today...finally lol







Its sitting on an engine stand with the lift hovering just incase. I like to be safe with this. Next on the list is cleaning the bay and polishing the engine up then swapping

ur the first person i've seen online that's marked their connectors during ur swap.

It looks clean, and i like that ur keeping it clean. Don't forget to break in the clutch, and don't forget to put fluid in the trans

Thanks man. Yeah im in a rush to get it done now. It really has to be done by Aug 18th for school. I wanted to try to stay organized. So far everything is going good. I hope it keeps up lol
