My very first time. It is so much dayam fun, and I learned so much in a short time. My instructor signed me off to go solo, since he said I did so well and demonstrated good judgement.

Niiice. How was VIR? I hear its a very difficult course for beginners and not much room for runoff.

I did the south course. The north course may be so, but the south has plenty of room for error. I was spinning out, running off all 4 wheels, doing fish tails everywhere.

do they cover the headlights just incase of a collision or something, and to avoid glass shrapnel?

Yeah we cover the lights to protect them from rocks, and also in case of a crash, to keep debri off the road. it's not required but i just wanted to look cool...heheh.
