Domo lol. I was a Civic guy before I got my Prelude. I've been thinking about picking up a beater also. I have to say this is inspiring.

its not that bad. it depends on the angle really, i didn't edit the paint, its the angle. in the 4th pic you can see what i mean on the hood. by no means am i saying its perfect, but by no means do i make it a point to show the flaws of my cars rofl

you have no idea lol. the driver side sideskirt fell off today rofl. i was driving going 50, heard a noise and thought hm, thats sounds odd. kept driving. then it sounded like i was running something plastic over. i looked in the rearview and saw the skirt sliding across three lanes of traffic, fly up in the air, then slide into the curb right where the slot for the sewer is. i thought it went in for sure. picked up my brother from school then ended up finding it luckily. there are now zip ties to help hold it on

you didn't want to use the $1100 you spent on the civic towards the prelude?

I typed about several different things and deleted each one of them. I honestly dont know how to answer this one . Um. I guess. Uhh. I had an itch to have a somewhat half semi decentish eg. Eg/ek's are starting to growing on me. Something about a "modded" honda is something i like. I really don't know. Im stumped

Only reason why I asked is b/c this is how a lot of "projects" don't get finished. If you visit as many car forums as I do (3 lol), you tend to see quite a few project cars go unfinished and tried to be sold off due to lack of motivation. Maybe that doesn't pertain to you, but that's been my observation. I hate to see a project like the one you're doing go unfinished, but if that's the case, so be it.

Oh yeah i see what your saying. Im on, 6(?) forums or so and i see it to. This is pretty much all im gonna do to it besides the routine things and repairs if needed. The budget was not to go over 1400$ and i stayed right around 1100$ so im glad in that sense
