I met some Canadian guys from Alberta when I was on spring break, they said you guys have tar sands that can be converted into oil and that it would rival the Middle East for output. In the past it wasn't cost effective to convert it into oil but now it might actually be profitable. Are you involved in that at all or do they also drill for oil in Alberta?

There's a whole ton of drilling in Alberta. Oil runs the province pretty much. There's an estimate (confirmed now) of 300 Billion Barrels sitting in the province right now.

Saskatchewan, which is nextdoor, has 60 billion barrels worth so far but has not and probably will not (due to crappy provincial government and all the money being wasted on some I won't say..) develop their drilling business.

Yah its retarded up here, and we keep finding more and more oil sands, up here in the North, drilling is non stop....and my Company comes in after the hole has been drilled, connected into the piplines and producing. We test the wells for the LGR(Liquid to Gas Ratio) This tells the oil company what is coming out of the hole wether its water condensate or just gas, then we measure all of it, take smaples and send out the reports to them.
