Such a nice day today....

Decided to get some pics with the autox/track wheels and tires(flat black slips and azenis) since I didnt have any, plus got my new seats in, and came to a realization. I dont think there is a "good" light situation for showing black rims on a white car....I had to do some crazy brightness and contrast work on these to even get definition that the wheels were there, so sorry if the quality is bad on some of them.

The seats are Corbeau CR1's, Ive had em about a week or so and they are the shizz.

What kind of seats are those? Are they leather?

I think you should clear your front turn signals.

Yes they are leather...I personally like the amber turns...it breaks up the look a little bit, otherwise they just look like 2 sets of JDM fogs IMO.

Hahaha. Those wheels just look evil they are so dark.

They will be my auto-x rims next year most likely as well.

Thanks for the comments everyone

The wheels are 16x7 +40 Rota Slipstreams, with a 5mm spacer up front to clear the calipers, so the fronts are basically +35mm, hence why I have the car as high as I do, to keep from rubbing. Tire Size is 215/45-16, Falken Azenis.

The Steering Wheel is an S2k wheel

Monstar, for the last time, they are Corbeau CR1 seats....see:http://www.corbeau.com/products/cr1/cr1.shtml
Mine are the wide version(to fit my fat ass) with the inflatable lumbar and leather.

Hey bud, thanks, appreciate it. How much did you end up paying for each of the seats? I am sure that you didn't buy them off of Corbeau's site and pay retail, did you? And how did they bolt into your Lude? Plug and play?

I have about a 34-35" waist honestly, but I usually wear 38" pants, lol. Should I get the wide version too? I do have a ghetto booty, lol.

^ so you like for your pants to fall off your a$$? Why do you consistently ask questions about sh1t? I mean every time i look in members rides, or off topics, you asking stupid sh1t. Just make your own decisions. D4mn, you already killed one prelude, isnt that enough?

As for your ride alvanderp, i like it with the slipstreams, they look great for autocrossing. I love the steering wheel too. The spoon calipers are so hot on the white ludes. I love your ride! Nice ride all around.

where did you get the seats, and how was the fitment as far as brackets go...does corbeau make brackets for that seat that fit the prelude, and is the inflatable lumbar worth it??? im wondering how much stickier the cloth seats would be...but those leathers looks soooooo nice
mad props

I got the seats through someone locally with a hookup, Corbeau does make brackets but I had to "persuade" mine a little bit to make them fit(read: slam the tabs with my 5lb mini sledge). The Quality Control on the fitment of the brackets isnt the best, but with a little tinkering they do fit. I have a really big arch in my lower back, so the Lumbar is a necessity for me for drives longer than 10 min or so. Its just an inflatable pouch with a bulb on the end kinda like a blood pressure sleeve that you pump up, the center section of the leather is velcroed in and the lumbar sits behind it. I wouldnt call it an absolute necessity for everyone, I know I personally needed it. FYI these are custom made in the UK to order, so its a 6-8 week wait from when you order them.

97Luder - Thats actually the Rotora BBK you see under there
