He could've gotten delayed on this project for financial reasons or something else. Since it's a long-term build, that should be expected.

I've been watching this site for a few weeks now trying to get some insight on what I should do with my prelude, I have to say, after stumbling upon your thread and reading all 6 pages in one sitting, I am proud to join this site. What you are doing is exactly what I want to do with mine, just a different color. All I lack is the funding and the know-how. Not many people where I'm at own a Prelude. In fact my friend bought one just because he enjoyed mine so much. There are 7 (including mine) in the area that I'm aware of, and only one is show quality. Yours still beats the **** outa it. Congratz on your new build. I can't wait to see the finished product. First post of my new membership here, and first thread subscribed. Thanks!

Great work. I've owned a 98 prelude for 5 years that had some work done on it originally, nothing by myself. After dropping 6grand on it just for maintenance (tranny, timing belt, tires etc.) I was frustrated about driving an older car and basically paying the amount a new car would cost in maintenance costs.
Long story short, I bought a new Tacoma and was thinking about selling the lude. Your thread has inspired me to "get my hands dirty" and use the lude as a project car. Body and sound system only, I'm not going to pretend to be a mechanic!
so. i just read 293 posts. i cummed about 12 times joke, maybe. this guy should get a medal, or a prize, or something. Anything. so i'm sitting at my computer and giving him a round of applause. he deserves it. keep it up buddy

this is such a bitter sweet feeling for all us prelude owners we love this car but we hate the fact that we were forgotten about and no updates have been posted
VTiBB8 is busy almost all the time, so the lude gets some attention now and than... The car is almost finished, as far as i know it just needs some minor tweaks and a good dyno session... I have some more pics of the build proces so i can keep you busy untill VTiBB8 posts sometime soon
