he's referring to image stations way of saving your pics.
When you copy/past the url they have the usual .jpg extention followed up by ".orig.jpg".
So your pic is http://whatever.com/prelude.jpg.orig.jpg
You need to remove the ".orig.jpg" for the pic to show.
I fixed yours for you.
