Racing/aftermarket seats in my 4th gen? Picture request!

im looking to put some new seats in my 4th gen prelude, and I was wondering what my options were and if you guys had pics of different seats in 4th gens.

I was thinking of getting some red racing seats if anyone has pictures of those. And any information on how to get them into my car, how to make the brackets, etc. would be great. thanks!

red eh?

you can still find some recaro srd's in red. i remember reading up on it. the red would slowly wear off or bleed onto your clothes from sweat.

and any seat i would get, would have to be a good knockoff or real deal company. i don't trust not FIA approved seats. basically stick with some great stock seats until you can afford nice seats is my opinion (which will usually run 1500 for a pair w/brackets for nice ones)

brackets: you can go to wedge. there was some other site that made custom brackets for preludes i just can't think of it

If you get red, be prepared to have the fabric fade the quickest overtime. I would look into getting a black seat if I were you.

Oh and I have an MFab S58 in black, snuggles me nicely. Got it for $465 shipped

and they also carry the Mugen knockoff called the S68

evan: FYI

don't get the JDM EP3 Recaro in your car. The seat is too high for our car.

I have them in mine...lucky im small so i dont touch the roof. I will exchange them for JDM Recaro DC2

you can always try some RSX or S2k seats...since ur wanting tan, its much easier and prolly cheaper to find...tan isnt very popular...

added...i have some pics of evo 8 recaros in my car here...
BBS meshies on my 4th gen....

i sold them and will be putting in an SRD soon...ill snap some pics of that when i get it installed (when my bracket arrives)....
