i used to have them.........they are slightly whiter then stocks but noticeably brighter........it depends on what u want really......looks or brightness.........
man - if he only cares about looks - how bout some ebay 6.99ers ? You know the ones - basically painted blue - absolutely no light output but they look "cool"....
