The Sir Spec was a 220HP motor w/ LSD instead of ATTS, pretty much a Type S w/ out ATTS for 4th gens.

after i posted this i looked up that bar code on the tranny and it looks like its not limited slip... boooo but it is the 217hp engine from a bb6 cuz according to Wikipedia the only h22a that came with the red top was the s-spec engine

No, red top H22a was only in the 5th gen, it's an OBD2 motor, it's very much possible that your valve cover is just swapped. The real way to know is to look at the front of the head, if it's stamped P13 then its just a 200hp H22a with a swapped valve cover. Pretty awesome though that you found a 4ws 4g with a H22a swap.

I would skip on the fancy light bulbs since the money could be spent better elsewhere especially since you might eventually want to get some JDM 1 piece headlights seeing how they look better and the bulbs aren't interchangeable.
