New *not fancy* pix of the 'lude

Here are some simi-recent pictures of my '94 VTEC. In the past month I've gotten KYB AGX struts, H&R springs, JDM one piece chrome headlights, JDM clear fog lights, forbidden short shifter, GReddy SS header and GReddy Evo exhaust installed. I still have a few things to be installed, JDM Climate control, JDM orange side markers and JDM power folding mirrors. Also I just ordered some Exel RH-5 17" wheels in hyper silver w/ a polished lip (RH evo C5 knock offs). Anyway, here are my *not fancy* lude pix:

yeah, i know my car is DIRTY!, but we've had winter storm after winter storm and its kind of useless to wash my car when its in the single digets-teens and keeps snowing/icing.

comments welcome.

How did you mount your VAFC? Did you just take out the ashtray and stuffed it in their the best you could?

the idiot who mounted the tires before I bought the lude, mouted directional tires on the wrong weels. So either my wheels look right or I have directional tires going to right way. I will have new wheels soon, so I wont have to worry about it

I only have 3 more exterior mods before I'm pretty much done with the exterior (even though no one is really ever done, just run out of money...lol)
1) JDM amber side markers (being shipped)
2) Exel RH5 17" hypersilver wheels (RH evo C5 knock offs)
3) Kaminari (sp?) lip sides and rear (maybe front) with buddy club front (if I can get it).

i have a few things planned for the interior.
1) red stich seats and ebrake boot
2) try and find a black leather/red stiched shift knob
3) stick "prelude" into the head of the seats
again, prolly more, but thats all I can think of for right now

then the rest will be drive train/suspension.

it amazes me how your drop looks quite a bit more than mine yet it was a smaller amount. Probably the stock wheels that do it. Hmmm

can't wait to see the wheels on it

Can you post some close-up shots of your VAFC? Like side angles and such?

i have one of those boots already:

here are some shots of the VAFC:

I used to use tape to keep it from falling, but the way i have it set up now it kind of sits in the tray a little and is facing me.

haha, its sitting in my trunk. I need to fix my gauges b/c when i did the blue gauge thing my spedo and tach are now off. The tinted "glass" piece is on and my driver side tweeter, the only things that are off are my pass side tweeter (sitting in pass seat) and the black plastic piece w/ the 8 scerws. I have quite a few little things I need to "fix" on the lude. Its just been so cold and I live in an apt. I need to just spend a day at my moms house and install/fix my dash, headlights (burnt bulb) and shift boot (stiching coming undone). No fears, the lude will be all "back together" soon

Do you plan on keeping the VAFC the way it is? Or do some custom fabrication to make it more flush with the dash?

mine is in the same spot, but it sits flush, and it doesnt ever move. maybe you could just do a better job?!!? i guess we can't all be dremel gods theresa

also i have the knob that you were talking about too, but i hate red stiching so its black, and i got it from handaaccessories.com. i did have to cut and weld the shift lever though, as this knob is way taller than the stock 4g knob.

That is what I dream about . Do you have any before/after pics? Pics of how/where you cut it? etc?
