New Lude owner...as of 9 Jun 04

Hey....here's some pics of my 2000 Prelude base 5 speed in Premium Pearl White at the dealer...took em with my cell phone so they're kinda grainy...

i've already added a cone filter to replace the stock airbox (airflow rules, biatch!!) and i have a bored out throttle body on the way....also lookin at getting the AEM V2 Intake and an Apex'i VAFC.

oh yeah.......right next to it in the background is another 2000 model with the SS auto trans in it...bleh...automatix suck

you should have stolen the trunk lid

looks good... go polish up those headlights before you end up like JLW

and I propose... for the conservative..

-front Type S lip, painted sideskirts and rear...
-thermal cat-back
-clear side markers
-koni yellows/h&r sports... or SS's

67000 miles, which is sufficient for my long term plans....to get a low mileage engine and build this one once it's over 100K...

priced at $15000, which is right next to the KBB value

I must have gotten a steal with mine. 11,500 off the lot with 49,000 miles, mint condition, and a 3 year extended warranty. Except for my cat converter being hollowed out it's straight

what are you gonna build it for?
NA, boost???
good luck with it.
i would drop it first, stock ludes with a good drop still look hot!!!!
that was one of my favorite mods on my car

yeah, when you want a part save for it, dont get something that fits your budget better because you wont be as happy in the long run....its better to wait and get the part you want

i wanna go totally NA....but i might add a lil bit of go-juice down the road....basically, i'd like to keep the car looking as incognito as possible...most likely, i'm gonna wait til i get my own house with a garage rather than livin in an apt complex. i'll just buy a motor/tranny and swap it in after building them both. goal is for it to look pretty much like a stock h22. good money that way...beatin up on all the civic owners that think they've got the h22 beat.

right...anyway...ultimate goal would be to outperform the turboed/V8/etc. cars you normally find at the track....and once i'm done there, i'll prolly start movin on to autocross type stuff. and do the same with the AWD biatches there.

oh...and yeah...i think i'm gonna put the eibach pro-kit on it...leave the wheels stock and all that.
