finally got some stuff in from the US today...

ferrea comp 6000 series stainless valves...
OEM guides
Hondata heatshield gasket

and piston rings for the b16 i'm revising...

in comparison... piston rings cost me 130 dollar from the US... to order them here at the dealership would set me back about 330 dollars.... so i'll put in a bit of effort and save loads...

oh man that looks good. Only thing I would do is extended lugs and wheel spacers. Maybe a bbk kit. Volk open ended lugs would look cool

i'll give you all the threads i used to make mine. I really wouldn't use the CBR's. Your going to need to seperate them in order to get the "itb" effect. It takes more than buying any old throttle bodies and hacking the manifold to make a decent set.

And trust me, i know what things NOT to do now.

http://www.jenvey.com/~Tech_QA.htm - GREAT site for info
www.homemadeturbo.com

and here is my thread:
http://honda-tech.com/zerothread?id=1570847

got alot of good info in there, just didnt turn out like i thought they would.

What size are the 945 throttles plates?

You installed the coilovers a little incorrectly. That third ring is supposed to go down and be tightened against the lower mount.

@AllMotorBB6: alrighty... read your thread on HT already... mighty nice setup :-)
dunno what size they are exactly... think it's 45 mm... but i'll have to wait and see...
gonna see if there is any way to separate them...
thnx for the info :-)

@Joon525: they were not fully mounted when i took the picture... the bottom piece is now all the way up against the 3 rings... :-)

@berkshire40: thnx... was planning on doing that... but the catch can for the radiator-fluid is held by it... gotta make a new bracket or something... but that will all be taken care of when i get the engine out for repaint... gonna clean the entire engine bay... and do a full wire tuck while im at it... :-)
