I got the final pieces for the 240 so now she's ready for paint. I was debating for a while whether to get the JDM rear valences or a complete replacement rear bumper. After looking around at several bumpers I didn't quite find one that would match with the subtle styling of the JDM sideskirts. So I finally decided on the JDM rear valences. Plus everythings and OEM prduct and I don't have to deal with fiberglass. Enjoy, opinions welcome:biggrin:
I like the style a lot . . . but it looks like everything sticks out of the car a bit much - like the parts need to be molded into the body with fiberglass to get a clean look.
Maybe it's just the bright white color that makes them "pop" out more -it'll look much better when painted I'm sure.
I love the headlights (the whole front end for that matter) and I like how those rims make the tires look fat but I don't think the skirts or the valences flow very well with the rest of the car. XdisengageX stated my thoughts about how they kinda "pop" off the car as if they don't really belong. They might look better with a darker color though, maybe a dark silver/light gunmetal.
The sides and the front parts look good but I think the rear valance needs to be molded just on the very rear portion...it ends to abruptly imo...other than that very nice!

not feelin the rear. lose antenna. new rims. sr20. tint. professional detail. your car though have fun
-antennas gone
-rims are coming this spring 18x9fronts and 18x10 rears
-S14 sr20 in 4 months
-tint maybe
-car is being repainted white with 12 coats of gold pearl
If memory serves correct you were running a greddy kit on the ka24de so why the switch to sr20? Before any of you sr20 fanboys jump in, I want to hear his reason.
*psst* Because all my friends with KA-Ts worry about their motors constantly and you could put 87 in mine, run it all day on a dyno, and bring it back to me with a full tank of chlorox and I wouldn't worry one bit.

after a little consideration I decided to send the zenki valences back. Instead I am going to go with the kouki valences and rear bumper. Much better transition and doesn't look as awkward to me.
Quick chop with new valences and bumper and painted lip.
USDM front is getting taken off in it's place will be the JDM kouki front with Gracer front lip. OOOOHHHHHHH the hotness, I can't wait for this thing to be painted.
