Im trying to get the same thing done. The only problem is that most of those vinyls, like the one in the above pics, doesnt match right. Since CF has like that shade of like yellow/green in it, the vinyl is glittery. So im on the hunt for an exact duplicate. So take pics when your done and I would like to see cause im trying to finish my car now. Thanks.

^^^ That's definitely real carbon fiber, you can see that it's woven.

are you gonna do just the top of the roof or are you gonna go 2 tone....CF and the original color?

In other words have the cf go down to the same level as the hood and trunk on the pillars

THE CARBON FIBER HAS BEEN RUINED!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! MAN I'M PISSED!!!!
There is a new guy working at the shop, when he was laying the carbon fiber, the resin caused ripples in carbon fiber-----so they had to rip it off......now its on backorder. The sheet cost $350.00

Well, i have a VIS invader hood and a VIS trunk. The pillars r going to remain the same, just painted like the rest of the car. The hood though i'm going 2 paint the sides the same color of the car.

One cool thing that i saw,
This guy painted a candy color OVER his carbon fiber.
Now my paintjob is going to be Candy Red which is basically like a pearlescent Silver covered in the translucent Candy Color. So now i'm thinking paint the carbon fiber as well, with the candy coat so it ends up looking a lil red.

Trini Auto Customs in Maywood, IL. Good work........but they're lazy as freakin hell. I swear they cant do anything quickly at all. Its so annoying. On top of that, i made the mistake of becoming friends with em, now they really take their time.
