I just added some sound deadner along the firewall to cover up the welds. Looks a bit better now. Sorry for the low quality pics. I took these with my phone cause I don't have my digi camera at the moment

Everyone is entitled to their own opinion. Some people think it's a waste, others just like it. Should've had pics of 100's floating around

I guess I can consider it a waste since I can just buy RHD cars :P

Then again I don't consider this a waste because you'll have a virtually brand new as well as RHD Prelude.

Badass dude, keep it up.

Damn, how much do you usually get RHD preludes for? Maybe I could've saved some money. I know you'd have to pay a few hundred to have it shipped, then I'd have to pay even more to have it shipped down from Canada.

I'd much rather have a 5th, but how much would the 4th Gen 5spd, VTEC run?

I could probably get one for 7 grand or so.

I know that sounds steep but we're talking about a very low mileage well preserved car that you can't get on the domestic market. You could probably get one with 40-60k miles easy.

I haven't paid anywhere near that much for mine. So far, I've probably paid a little less half of that. The motor that I'm dropping in has 69xxx miles on it.

So far I've ran into some wiring matching issues, but I know I'll run into a few others

I'm talking about a complete and running car. If you want a rolling chassis or something busted it'll be dirt cheap but there is really zero point in that if you're doing your own welding and fab etc. on a RHD project.. the 1,200 - 1,500 for shipping can be spent elsewhere.

what about making it legal to drive in the states? How much do that usually run? With this car, I have all the original VIN#, so the DMV won't even know it's a RHD car. I just need to figure a way to put back the one that goes on the dash.

I don't know what your laws are for legalizing such cars. I'd assume they are brutal which is why VIN swapping is so popular.
