j/k nice car.. for the MPG gauge, does it display the MPG you are getting at the current driving driving condition or does it display the average MPG that you are getting since the last reset?

my car automatically calculates the average MPG since the last refill of fuel (or whatever i set the initial point to) and displays it on the screen but i was wondering if yours does the same thing.

My fav body style for the Lexus..Honestly. Don't mod her. Shes hot the way she is.

If you feel the need to mod her, just do suspension and rims. Very nice pics, and a hot ride.

you sir, would be correct.

Thanks for all the comments guys. I'm loving it so far. Its a totally different feel than the prelude. I'm hoping since someone already took the depreciation hit, that this thing will holds it value for me. Overall I am very pleased with my purchase.

As far as plans for the car. I do not have any. I like it just the way it is. No need to put extra money into right now. I dont need the problems i had with my prelude ie. broken windows (2 different occassions), stereo system stolen, shot up by some kids with a pellet gun.... As it is, it just looks stock, so im hoping it will deter people from doing sh1t to it.

damn you Vic! Ewww on your ass. You and your ugly EBP. have you found a job yet you lazy bum?

Bre, thanks for the comment. i was going to take pics of the kit yesterday but i cleaned out the garage so i could park in it again. and the kit was a little dirty and I didnt feel like washing. I did look at it, its in great shape, minus the bottom of the front lip which is a little scratched, but not noticable unless you look under the car (happened mainly from the flatbed truck i was towed on) Ill try to wash it this week and get pics

Lee - automatic trannies FTL!

Yes I have seen a lot of drafting positions available as well. I lack that skill and so the course will help, especially since I am looking into a MS in Structural Engineering now.

Thats its man!! Do little to nothing to this thing man. Its perfect, tinted already and even the drop is great!

If anyhting at all, I would see what small/cheap mods you could do to help out that underpowerd 3.0. Therboblock spaces, headers, etc. And maybe an good alarm.

When i got the CLS in Jan, i vowed not to do anything to it! My serious modding days were over.

However, after having the car for a while, its still awesome but it does need a little sport drop. Then after hearing how good the gains are on some specific mods, I have put the K&N drop in w/no resinator and ss headers (30hp). Next will be tint and thermoblock spacers that are good for 5-10hp.

After all that, i hope to be around 290-300hp. Then I will decide if i want to do the suspension. But, there are def allot more important things to "invest" your money in.

Good luck with the car man!

Vic, that will def open doors. As long as your knowledgeable and efficient in acad, youll do just fine anywhere to get your foot in the door.

If your going to pursue structural, I would also suggest looking into Autodesk's Revit and Architectural Desktop.

From what i have seen lately around boston, there are a ton of Archtectural drafting and entry mechanic designer positions out there now.

yeah thats the plan, keep her stock as much as possible. I havent really been on many IS forums, mainly because when I did go, I wasnt too impressed with the threads. I really like the guys/gals here on PO. I guess it will just take some getting used to. Im not sure what the best mod is for the IS as fars $$$$ per HP.

Vic FWD FTL!!!! RWD FTW!!!!
