My first mod....

Just got back from the shop where I had my new exhaust put on. I like it alot, nice deep rumble. It is a little loud but thats what the silencer is for. It's the Espelir JGT500.

Right click save as

Sound clip isn't of my car but it sounds the same.

After driving for a while I've decided that the silencer will probably be in most of the time. The exhaust is the loudest at 3k - 4k rpms.

Very true, the welds are very good and we ahd little issues with fitment. Only thing is I can't find the peice to hold the silencer in. Do I just use a bolt and nut or is there something else that wont vibrate loose or scrach the tip.

very nice looking and a good choice for a 1st mod...It may not be the best hp wise (exhuast that is) but it not only adds to the look and sound but a little hp never hurt anyone...(or did it?)

Only reason I didn't go with something to give me more HP is because of SCCA stock class rules. Only power adders I can add is cat-back exhaust.

Plus you shed a good 20 lbs from your stock exhaust. Thats why most stock-class cars run an aftermarket exhaust, to save the weight.
