Tiny update...I decided to wait on the 5 speed swap for a little longer and take some weight off the car and help the auto tranny out a bit.
Purchased a braille 15lb battery to replace my 47lb stock Honda battery. I also removed and sold my OEM car jack, jack tools, and spare tire for another 33lb's worth of savings. I removed in total 55 pounds off my car pretty easily, without stripping the interior or driving on a milk crate.

I have a Seibon OEM Carbon hood being shipped as we speak. I don't know if I want to paint this or not.
As far as the tranny is concerned, I have a B&M 9800 BTU cooler on the way just to keep the temperature down. Basically purchased as a preventative band-aid.
Other misc. parts that were ordered was a JTC Customs cooling plate and a Bisimoto intake manifold thermal gasket. After I get all of this nonsense bolted up to the car this week, I'll be heading to the track and running a 1/4 mile pass for the last time until the 5 speed. We'll see!
