I think its unfair for everybody to be talking like this to the guy.... he's just posting pics of his car. He's to asking for anything else.
Apparently, his parents have earned the money and they love their kid and want to spend money on him. Maybe he's a nice son, maybe he's not. We don't know and none of us have any right to talk trash like this.
I mean, come on! 5 different cars at age 18??? Talk about spoiled I doubt it's his fault though. He's likely not forcing them to sign the checks.
I'm more bothered by the results of such spending on this kid in a mere two years of driving. It seems unconscionably irresponsible to teach such thoughtless spending on material possessions at such a young age. Maybe I'm being a stiff about this, but I'm glad my parents said 'no' a lot, and made it a point not to throw money towards my perceived wants at my request. It taught me the virtues of hard work, and to be thankful for what I have earned and been given. *steps off soap-box*
no real reason to hate on this kid. the only hate that people bring to this is jealousy. I'm sure many if not all would like to be able to just buy a new car from their parents' check book.
I for one feel a little bit sorry because he can't enjoy cars the way others do. It seems like most of you love your preludes with a passion. It would seem that he is having trouble finding a car he will love with a passion, and for that, I am sorry. I love my prelude, and I worked hard to get it. But I wouldn't hate on him for post tomorrow saying he just got a Porsche 911 Turbo. Its a sweet car.
When I was 17 I got my first car...a hand-me-down 1980 Toyota Corolla base model (and I mean BASE, it had nothing but AC that would overheat the engine). But it was a 4 spd stick, so it was fun. I drove that car to 250k miles...I loved it. I wouldn't get rid of it. It taught me to appreciate things in life more than anything else could have. I friggin miss that car...but I did get $1000 to retire it through the DMV because it became a gross polluter. Anyway, my point is yeah maybe this kid doesn't appreciate cars like the rest of us because his parents have padded wallets, but it's not really his fault. Blame the parents!

Amen
Maybe the kid will recognize now how lucky he is, seems how everyone is giving him **** for not being thankful for what he has.
Im sorry, but 5 cars at his age, taking a car, turboing it, and selling the car after only owning it for 3 months is careless, stupid, and a waste of money.
This kid may be nice as hell, but he isnt going to learn **** for when he is a true adult if someone doesn't point out how spoiled and ridiculous it is.
