HEY EVERYONE, new to the site!

hello everyone, im new to the site, new to preludes, but not new to hondas or the tuning scene haha, so basically ive been looking around and Civic Si's, Integra GSR's & LS's, and of course Preludes. I went to a bunch of shifty dealers in lakewood, CA. and wasnt to happy. I almost purchased a 97' Prelude Base but i ended up changing my mind (thank god) and yesterday i went to meet a guy about a 2001 Prelude type-Sh. I fell in love. So i picked it up with only 110,000 and in mint condish for only $6,200! The thing blue books for like $7,300! So i now have a new project car/daily driver that i will try to keep updated on here well i know im talkin' a lot so ill just show the pics!

And here is my old car! >>>>

***By the way i know some of you will hate me for this question, but where the hell is the ATTS button on the SH models?????

you will never find an atts button my man. It doesn't exist.

Its part of your drivetrain and it is always on and in standby unless you have a cel or you disable it for some reason. However it only functions around turns given the right circumstances.

as stated above it is always on. It is in a passive state until the car calls for it to kick in which happens during cornering. I am not sure if you know this but the atts unit acts to compensate for understeer hence it only activates in a turn.

If you want to use it go for a nice fast paced drive in some twisty roads or hit some nice highway on ramps. Since your new to the car and its intergrated into the transmission you will not feel it kick in but compared to a base lude in the same turns you can feel the difference in the handling. So pretty much it just handles better. ie compare a stock civic to one that has some suspension and tire work. Which one will handle better in the turns?

oh sorry i didnt see the bottom part of your first post! Yaaa i started reading that it compensates for the "push" that fwd cars tend to have, i understand cause its heavier and it makes sense, now i get it! thanks!
