Telling you Alex... don't need it.

Save the money towards doing a custom wrapped interior. The racing seats will be more for looks then anything.

And also... you'll never drive the car fast enough on the streets to fully utilize the main purpose of the seat. I would only get it if you plan to race the lude.... which is never

I'm telling you man... need to head out to Sears Point or Laguna Seca with me... no point in driving a Prelude when you baby it all the time

but wouldnt doing a custom wrapped interior be only for looks as opposed to looks AND function? those seats hold u in VERY VERY well. i dunno man maybe u baby ur lude if u cant see the use in a seat that will hold u in place better. and sears point or laguna would definately benefit from race seats. but i guess that might just be my opinion.

Agreed. 100% turnoff. Otherwise, nice seats.

Functionality... Yes... but not on the streets. You'll never push the Prelude hard enough to really need bucket seats.... in my opinion anyway. Thats why I had my seats custom wrapped rather then getting bucket seat. Not to mention, bucket seat was not worth the money.

I will be somewhat biased towards having bucket seat for a daily driver because I had one in my track prepped Integra. Great for track.... but really ridiculous and uncomfortable for street use. When I used to head out to Sears Point or Laguna Seca with the car, my back would usually hurt after the 2hr drive to the track. But once you're on it.... its the best feeling in the world.

When it comes down to it... it really depends on the owner. I just don't see the justification for spending 1500 on seats thats mainly going to be for looks.

Just my two cents Alex's car looks sick either way.

but those arent even real buckets. just more supportive reclinable seats. maybe its just me but i dont drive with a reclined position. i drive upright like u would on a track. and i actually think more supportive seats would be great for daily driving. srds, sparco torinos and the bride ergos r a great compromise between function and comfort really. personally id either buy a set of those seats or just stay with the stock seats. i wouldnt spend the money to wrap it in leather.
