My broken wings still strong enough to cross the ocean with.
My broken wings how far should I go drifting in the wind.

Oh and ask Jacques if he has pictures of his ficus green prelude. He has 15in Rota Slipstreams.

man, I'd have to get a drop, they'd look ridiculous at stock height
Background info; I need tires, found Falken 912s, $555 shipped. Someone local is selling Rotas with Sumitomo HRTZ 225/50/16, 200km on them, for $650 negotiable...
I have bronze Rota Slipstreams on the third gen. I wouldn't put them on the 5th gen without a decent drop. IMO, they're a nice winter wheel but the 5th gen needs something with more spokes. The Slips look 'sporty' so I'd go with something a little classier. That's just my personal taste though.
I have Rota Boosts on the RSX-S for winter wheels. They're in the same price range.. try looking those up. I'd make him/her come down on the price. They're used Rotas and they're only 16s. Regardless, I wouldn't "settle" if you're not 100% with the purchase.
I told you Wawa, drop that 4x4 you've been driving! lol if I were you, I'd get coilovers so you can bring her back to truck hight anytime you want.
Not bashing you but in all honesty, less than 50% of the people who have coilovers actually go through with that good intention.
I've heard of people actually raising the car but don't know one person who while having coilovers actually took the time to raise the car.
Simon and I brought this up in the technical forums a long time ago.

While I've adjusted the height on my car maybe 5 times at most. I've never completely raised it up. Not to mention every time you fuss with the height you'll need an alignment.

I thought about this as well when I was first looking into suspension setups. Once I lower the car to where I liked it, would I ever change it? The answer was probably not so I went with a straight shock and spring setup. I'm quite happy with the decision as well.

That plus you have to deal with rusted threads, cracked spring seats, possibly broken spring seats, possible HOURS trying to get the spring seats (collars) to become unfrozen from the harsh winter elements.
You CA dudes got it easy when it comes to coilover adjustment. On the east coast and up north it SUCKS.
Yeah man it sucks. Plus if they're seized enough you HAVE to remove it from the vehicle to clean it up and try to break that sh*t free. So in essence you end up uninstalling and reinstalling all 4 corners.
